Khenpo Sonam Nyima Rinpoche will offer teaching on Gyalsé Tokmé Zangpo's text on the 37 Practices of a Bodhisattva.

The 37 Practices of a Bodhisattva is a special Lojong text composed by the great and learned Dharma scholar and practitioner of the 14th century Gyalsé Tokmé Zangpo.

The text gives instructions on how to follow the bodhisattva path in 37 clear and concise verses.

Kyabjé Trulshik Rinpoche has said that the Eight Verses of Training the Mind represents the short version of lojong, the Thirty Seven Practices is the medium, and the Bodhicharyavatara is the extensive version.

The teaching will be based on Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche's commentary on the 37 Practices of a Bodhisattva: the Heart of Compassion (The Thirty-seven Verses on the Practice of a Bodhisattva), translated by the Padmakara Translation Group.
