Phowa is a practice for transferring one's consciousness to a Buddha's Pure Realm. It is a very simple and effective practice, which any practitioner can do, and is considered a direct path to enlightenment regardless of one's disposition in this life.
Becoming adept in this practice will enable one to direct one's consciousness at the time of death.
For this reason, Khenpo Sonam Nyima Rinpoche will lead Amitabha and Phowa practices every month on the 15th full moon day (Amitabha Day) of the lunar calendar, commencing from the Phowa empowerment and Amitabha and Phowa practice on Saturday, August 21st and Sunday, August 22nd, 2021.
We hope you can join us for this special event and the monthly practices.
